These sessions are about activating your inner knowing and your inner wisdom. Sometimes, what ignites within you is the awareness of the next necessary step in your journey. This awareness may bring a smile to your face, a tear in your eye, or a loving warmth and centeredness in your heart. Sometimes, the awareness is a bit of a cosmic nudge - lovingly, but firmly, delivered. At all times, the sessions will positively affirm that which resonates at your core.

What does each energy session entail? Each session is individually tailored to your specific needs. However, the template for the session will include - discussion/touching base, drawing oracle cards, grounding/relaxing, use of colours/crystals, guided visualization, sound, and breath work. Your aura will be swept and sealed as we conclude the session.

What can you expect after an energy session? You can expect to feel relaxed, renewed, calm, and grounded. You may notice meaningful symbols or signs appearing in your dreams or through synchronicities.

You may choose to have a general healing session involving all the elements listed above. You may also choose to be guided through specific modalities (color, visualization, sound bath) or focus on a specific topic/concern which you bring to the session. This is your session and you get to choose!

These sessions are conducted virtual or over distance. For distance energy sessions, you will receive an email with photos of cards drawn, layouts of colors, and a brief report about the session. For virtual sessions, a recording of the session will be sent via dropbox.
