What a lovely way to relax and unwind during the holiday season! We’ll begin with a 45-minute gentle Candlelight Yoga session and then get all cozy for a 45-minute Sound Bath with frosted crystal singing bowls.
Please bring your own yoga mat, blocks, blankets, and any other props you would like to use.
Pinewood Wedding & Event Center is located at 33262 Palm St NW, Cambridge, MN 55008.

ALL-ness workshops
Each workshop will utilize the modalities of art, writing, yoga, & sound. After experiencing the ALL-ness of yourself through these practices, we will end in a guided relaxation practice, grounding into the wholeness of ourselves. Each workshop will focus on a monthly theme. Art and writing materials will be provided for you.
Please bring your own yoga mat and any blankets, blocks, or props you would like to use for the guided relaxation practice.

I am excited to begin offering this experimental and experiential practice! These gentle classes will include moments of toning into joints, muscles, and energy centers in our bodies. I will be guiding these moments of toning. However, you will be encouraged throughout the class to listen into your body and your experience. You may find yourself toning your own tune, creating your own harmonious melody line - and that will be PERFECT! Everyone will be muted throughout, so your sonic experience will be audible on your end only.
What you will need for this class: 2 yoga blocks, 1 blanket, 1 strap, and 1 yoga mat.

When you book, send me a few keywords or sentences letting me know what's going on that you'd like to balance. I'll combine creative visualization, guided relaxation, and breath work to come up with a Healing Journey session which is specific to you.
The session will be 30 minutes or 1 hour in length. However, I will need to take some time beforehand to construct the practice especially for you! This can booked as a small group session as well as a private session.
