Anxious? Tired? Uninspired? Training for a race? Preparing for a presentation? Or, just in need of a luxurious, personalized rest and relaxation? A Healing Journey guided visualization might just be the best medicine for you!
When you book, send me a few keywords or sentences letting me know what's going on that you'd like to balance. I'll combine creative visualization, guided relaxation, and breath work to come up with a Healing Journey session which is specific to you.
The session will be 30 minutes or 1 hour in length. However, I will need to take some time beforehand to construct the practice especially for you! This can booked as a small group session as well as a private session.
I will also record the practice and send it to you via dropbox.
