The Magic of Mercury Workshop Series combines the foundational astrological information with your personal chart so that you develop an understanding of the patterns, cycles, and processes involved. Each 1 1/2 hour workshop begins with discussion and review of the astrology of the Mercury retrograde cycle. After a short break, we shift gears into an embodying, sonic practice utilizing the sound-based yoga practices of vocal toning, rotation of sound, and chanting of a Mercury mantra. This approach enables us to integrate the information holistically, producing ones own unique experience of the journey.
