Do you love to sing? Would you like to learn a mantra? Would you like to join your voice with others in community? I’m super excited to be offering in-person mantra & nada yoga practices at the Braham Event Center! Mantra and nada yoga (sound practices) are very therapeutic mindfulness practices which bring joy and spread resonance throughout your whole being. Practicing mantra has many benefits. It calms and focuses the mind, decreases stress and anxiety, promotes relaxation in the body, improves mood and emotional well-being, balances and harmonizes energy, and fosters greater peace.
Chairs are provided. If you’d like to be seated on the floor, please bring your own mat and yoga props for your most comfortable experience.
Mantra & Nada Yoga Sessions will be held from 6 - 6:40 pm on Wednesdays Jan 22nd, Feb 26th, & Mar 26th.
