INTEGRATIVE ASTROLOGY WORKSHOPS

Integrative Astrology & Sound Healing Classes are opportunities to learn about, connect to, and experience each astrological sign in real time.

In each class, I will provide information on the astrological sign, the sign’s ruling planet, the month’s lunations, and any notable occurrences. We will also delve into the energetic, symbolic, and medical/physical associations, along with correlations to the chakra system. After we move through the foundational information, we’ll enter into an embodied experience of breath, vocal toning, and chakra balancing through sound. We will learn the planetary mantra for the ruling sign of the month’s sign and spend some time together experiencing the sounds and energy of the mantra. The class will conclude with a brief silent meditation.

This online class offers you the opportunity to connect with others, while singing/experiencing in the privacy of your own home soundscape. Each participant is muted during the class, so that you can feel free to truly sing like no one else is listening. 

Each participant will receive handouts and a recording of the class.
