“YOUR OWN TRUE NATURE”
Join me Wednesday, June 15th at 6 pm at the Central Green Park (1455 Fern St S, Cambridge) for a FREE sound-based yoga practice. For this practice, we will be exploring breath awareness, vocal toning, listening to what’s alive within you, and the “Auṁ Namaḥ Śivāya” mantra.
A sound-based yoga practice resonates throughout all levels of your awareness - physically, mentally, and emotionally. It is a harmonizing practice which is gentle, joyful, and easeful - leaving you feeling relaxed, enlivened, and restored. You will be guided throughout the practice, so you may set your thinking mind aside and go along for the melodic ride!
Sound-based yoga practices are both the most simple/accessible and powerful/transformative practices. Each practice connects you back to listening within yourself - through your breath and your voice in each vibration and every moment. Sound-based yoga relaxes the nervous system enhances the immune system, and balances the mind. Plus, it’s just FUN!!!
Bring a comfortable seat or support (chair, yoga mat, blankets, etc) for sitting on the lawn around the picnic shelter.
Please check my FB (Amy Jensen Healing Arts) or Instagram (amyjensenhealingarts) for updates on class cancellations due to weather.
A BIG THANK YOU to Cambridge City Park for providing this wonderful space to practice!
