iRest© Co-Meditation Dyad
iRest© is a simple form of meditation designed for modern day living which helps you restore balance. It is a meditation practice based on the ancient tradition of Yoga Nidra and adapted to suit the conditions of modern life. When practiced regularly - little and often - iRest enables you to meet each moment of your life with unshakable peace and wellbeing, no matter how challenging or difficult your situation.
iRest has historically been endorsed by the U.S. Army Surgeon General and recognized by the Defense Centers of Excellence for Psychological Health and Traumatic Brain Injury as a form of complementary and alternative medicine, thus warranting continuing research on its efficacy in the treatment of post- traumatic stress. iRest has been shown to be effective in scientific trials for conditions including chronic pain, sleep problems, depression and anxiety, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
iRest is simple to learn and easy to practice. It can be practiced by anyone, regardless of physical ability or experience with meditation. Once learned, iRest becomes a set of tools for life. To practice, you don’t need to do anything complicated - just find a comfortable place, either seated or lying down. You can follow any practice with your eyes open or gently closed.
iRest© co-meditation dyads are pair-based meditative practices. As your meditation partner, I will hold space for you and gently guide you with questions, impressions, and observations. You will be invited to sense into whatever is present and alive within you. You will journey into and through your feelings, thoughts, memories, and beliefs. I am present to reflect back to you and walk alongside you as you make your meditative journey. It is an amazing process in which your deep listening brings even deeper awareness and acceptance.
What it entails: In this 1-hour session, we will have an initial consultation/check-in followed by a discussion pertaining to what to expect from the session. Then, we’ll move into the co-meditative practice itself. After we close our meditative session, there will be time for transition, discussion, and any questions which may have arisen.

Reiki Energy
Distance sessions now available!
Reiki energy sessions are gentle and non-invasive. They promote deep relaxation, release stress & tension, and improve your overall sense of well-being. Reiki energy works on all levels of your being - physical, emotional, mental, and energetic. Reiki sessions can clear your energy field and balance your energy centers (chakras). Reiki supports your natural healing processes and as such is a great adjunct to any protocol.
“What happens when I book a Reiki Energy Session?” Once you book a session with me, I’ll have you fill out an intake form and we’ll discuss via email what you’d like to address for your session. We will talk about your intention for the session as well. I will let you know the time and date at which I will be doing your distance session. I will time it so that it is at a comfortable, restful time for you. After the session, I will send you a follow-up email with any insights or suggestions that may have come forward during the session.
“Do I have to DO anything for a distance Reiki Energy Session?” Nope! You get to simply sit back, enjoy the flow of energy, and rest in the practice.
