Each season has its particular challenges. In the Fall, the temperature drops and the winds turn cold and crisp making it important for us to turn our internal temperatures up, nourish ourselves and to moisturize from head to toe! Using principles, tools and techniques from Ayurveda "science of life", you'll learn how to balance, nurture, and nourish yourself throughout the fall and winter. This workshop will include a seasonal-supportive yoga practice, breathe work, and guided relaxation. Lecture notes and a food guideline will be handed out. Bring a yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing.
