Taking care of yourself is taking care of business! Using principles and techniques from yoga and Ayurveda (science of life), you'll learn how to balance, nurture, and nourish yourself through the long, dry, cold season of winter. Along with lecture and handouts on daily routine, diet, rejuvenation, and self-massage, this class will include a seasonally-supportive yoga practice, breathwork, and guided relaxation.
Bring a yoga mat if you have one (some will be available), a blanket, and wear comfortable clothing.
